You will  be asked to fill in a covid-19 health agreement form prior to the appointment. (I will send the form with your booking confirmation by email)

The initial treatment includes a consultation (10-15 mins) in order to complete a confidential medical checklist, devised to establish the most appropriate treatment.

If you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition such as asthma, osteoporosis, arthritis, epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure or a heart condition, you are advised to consult your G.P. before embarking on any treatment.
